- Is Pro a subscription?
- No. Pro is a single $9.99 purchase. It doesn’t renew and it doesn’t expire.
- Do I need Pro to scan?
- No. Scanning is free and unlimited, with no trial period and no card.
- What if I don’t buy Pro?
- You keep scanning, reading and exporting PDFs for as long as you like. Full Data Cards and the intelligence features need the one-time purchase.
- I subscribed to the old monthly plan. What happens now?
- Existing subscriptions are still honored. OneScribe stopped selling the monthly plan in May 2026; new Pro purchases are one-time only.
- Can I restore Pro on a new device?
- Yes. Pro is tied to your Apple Account. Tap Restore on the Pro screen and it comes back.
